Loans - Grants - Rebates

If you live in British Columbia, there are 2 distinct incentive programs to subsidize your upgrades.

Federal (Canada Greener Homes Grant)

Provincial (Clean BC Better Homes)

Accessing one incentive program does not limit your access to the other incentive program.

You can stack them.

The Canada Greener Homes Loan is a fantastic opportunity to help finance the costs over time.
